“The Kick-Off Meeting was held in Bucharest!

Our 1st Partners’ Meeting was held in Bucharest, Romania, hosted by the A.S.E.L RO, on 12th and 13th of June 2023. In the Kick-off meeting of the YEA Project, Project Coordinators discussed on Project Management issues, planned the next steps, and shared new ideas.  We also discussed issues that are related to the development of our project! We underlined the key points and each partner’s role, ensuring everyone understood their responsibilities.

Additionally, we conducted a comprehensive review of the project timeline, identifying critical milestones and deadlines to keep the project on track. In addition to the project discussions, one of the most significant aspects of the kick-off meeting was the opportunity for all team members to meet each other in person fostering a sense of camaraderie and establishing personal connections. This face-to-face interaction laid the foundation for effective collaboration and strengthened team dynamics throughout the duration of our project.”
