A Youth Engagement Academy is designed, in form of a digital platform (http:www.YouthEngagementAcademy.eu) , through a variety of skills-building activities for young people, to get involved in EU policy-making, but also a platform that will consist of a series of activities, led by young people such as campaigns, training opportunities, and discussions with responsible for European policy-making, this project will develop a sense of youth critical thinking and critical analysis of populism, by developing an understanding of the new representative and participatory democracies and decision-making processes in the EU and increasing young people’s participation in European procedures. An 24months approach the EU’s work to young people with fewer opportunities, will create a space for dialogue between youth and decision-makers. Through a set of Youth Participatory Activities as Team Building Activities in order to be provided the youth dialogue between young people and decision makers across Europe, a digital tool named “Youth Engagement Academy” will be developed and be activated. This tool will contains 9 separate Modules, to engage and introduce young people in Policy Making and Reform procedure in EU, by clarify the framework, building up them specific policy-making skills, bringing them in touch with Youth Policies formation procedure and involved them in practice. The 9 specific modules will be tested in real time. Each partner will be responsible to organize and set up 1 thematic in form of a thematic testing workshop (local) in its country with 40-50 youth. The final one will contain also the evaluation of the field testing and the Youth Engagement Academy development. A debate tool will be operated in the Youth Engagement Academy Platform. In order to be disseminated the European Year of Youth 2022, an online campaign will take place after the platform development, by the producing of a Youth Magazine, during the field testing.
